Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Pluck account and its associated personal data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

Open Pluck → Profile → Delete account and confirm. Your account, practice history, coaching notes, and any remaining session credits (free and purchased) are removed.

By email

If you can't access the app, email support@pluckcoach.com from the address on your account (or tell us your sign-in method) and we will delete your account.

What is deleted, and what is kept

• Deleted: your profile, practice transcripts, coaching notes and reviews, progress, and remaining credits.
• Kept (only this): an irreversible, non-identifying hash of your sign-in identifier — not your name or email — solely to prevent repeated delete-and-recreate abuse of the free allowance. It cannot be reversed or used to contact you.
• We may also retain limited records where the law requires.

Deleting your account forfeits any remaining credits, which have no cash value and are not refundable. See our Privacy Policy for details.
